I have the Dello-Joio Concertante on a CRS CD. The title is "Virtuoso Works
For Clarinet" and the number is CRS CD 9459. I found it at Tower records in
New York City. The address of CRS is given on the CD as "CRS Artists, 724
Winchester Road, Broomall, PA 19008-3431. Phone #610-544-5920. Also on the
CD is Donizetti: Concertino; Debussy: Premiere Rhapsodie; Stravinsky: 3
Pieces; and two non-clarinet works.
