There's an old recording of the Clarinet Quintet on an LP (with his quintet
for accordion and strings on the other side!) that should be available in
libraries. I listened to the recording years ago but don't remember any
particulars, except that it was pretty heavy going, but if you like his
music generally you might like this piece too. I'm pretty sure the clarinet
quintet is readily available in
a pocket score (published by Peters, I think). If your library doesn't have
it you could get it through interlibrary loan.
