Subj: "Couture"? B flat clarinet

I have acquired an (old?) wood clarinet which has the following
marks on the body:

A1 above a design of crossed semi-quavers. Below this is name which
looks like "Couture" and underneath this is the word Paris.

The clarinet requires quite a lot of work to bring it to playing
condition,re-corking, new pads etc. although there seems to be no
splits.

Does anyone have any info on this clarinet particularly if it is
likely to be worth the expence of fixing it.
