This refers to the journal of the International Clarinet Association,
Vol. 8 No. 3, and No. 4. You get the clarinet by being a member of the
ICA. If you're a member you can order back issues (as available) from the
publisher, James Gillespie.

If you're *NOT* a member...
(shameless plug about to begin!!)

1.) Visit the ICA home page at <http://www.clarinet.org> and print the
mebership application in addition to looking at all the other stuff
there, OR

2.) Visit *my* home page (in the sig below), download the form, and look
at all the other clarinet links there. You can e-mail the publisher of
"The Clarinet" from one of my pages.

3.) I'd bet there is membership info on <http://sneezy.mika.com/clarinet>
