IMO, no - mvts. 2 and 3 will suffice.

I would only use 1 - 3 is more flying fingers stuff, and the Mozart would
tell me all I needed to know about your playing.

Not if you're working on it seriously. I think this is a good choice.

First of all, *Nielsen* (with an "e" at the end, not "o"). It is a
technically demanding work, harder than the Poulenc. I would think you'd
need to have it all prepared, since it is a through composed 30 minute
work without and break. For an audition, it's too long and overkill.
Other shorter possibilities (since an audition is usually relatively
short) would be the Stravinsky "Three Pieces" (very short, and requires
no accompaniment), Sutermeister "Capriccio", or the Hindemith Sonata.
