I was speaking with an old teacher of mine recently and he made reference
to two recordings which I am wondering if they are still available. . .

--Weber Concertino as performed with 7 (yes, seven) clarinetists in
unison with orchestra. I wrote down something about "italian," and that
could mean that the clarinetists were italian and/or the orchestra was
this italian orchestra.

--Mozart Quintet performed by the clarinetist Duquhess. He wasn't sure
of the spelling, and either am I.

Would anyone know anything about these two recordings? It is my guess
that the first one would be right up there with Florence Foster Jenkins,
yet, different.

But his recommendation of the second one was for the excellent performance.
