I agree with these two editions, and would like to add another. Schirmer
publishes an edition edited by Arthur Christmann (my "grandteacher")
which puts the original clarinet part in the piano score for reference.
He also adds some scholarly notes about the issues Ryan mentioned in his
original post. I don't have the score in hand, but seem to remember that
all of them were embellishments added by Baermann, presumably with the
composer's permission. Of course, acording to Weston, Baermann was a big
strong handsome guy, and Weber was a sickly little fellow, so maybe Weber
never got to say whether he approved or not!!

According to Christmann, this repeat was also an embellishment of
Baermann's.
