Hello all!

I have a question: at the moment I'm trying out the Buffet Crampons Elite.
They are clarinets without silver rings on them and silver and gold keys.
The new model has a low E key, (right thumb) to raise that note (similar to
Oehler/german clarinets by Wurlitzer). Is this clarinet (i.e.: the BC
Elite) the same clarinet as "your" (US) Vintage?
I have noticed, that altough Buffet Crampon is situated in La France (as is
vandoren), the factory makes special "items" for the US market and others
for the Europe market. It's quite strange to notice, that I cannot have
acces to certain European-made articles by the factories as mentioned
above!
Hope to get some answers. maybe someone can tell me more about the
Vintage...
BTW: I'm playing now on the Elites for a while with a Vandoren B40
moputhpiece, wich works all right!

Yours,
