Ernesto,

If you use "super glue" to glue in your pads, every competent
repair technician in the world will use "super glue" on you in places you
never imagined possible.

If you're serious, I'll send you a "how to." However, I suggest you
practice putting pads in an instrument you don't intend to use. It takes
years of practice to perfect the "art" of repair. You can do more damage to
your instrument by not knowing what you're doing. Take a class or
apprentice.
