Hello Klarinet subscribers.

I've had a very heartening response to the offers I've made through Klarinet in
the past year -- I'm speaking of my several offers to snailmail various scores
of my music just for the cost of photocopying and postage. I've made a lot of
new e-mail friends and no less than three world premieres have resulted.

Much as I love the clarinet, I have written music for a lot of other instruments
as well, of course. And here's my question:

Does anyone know of similar forums for other instruments/musicians? I would
particularly like to make offers to flutists, oboists, violinists, cellists,
pianists and choir directors.

There must be such groups somewhere on-line but I don't know who to ask or where
to look.

(Though, BTW, I have also had a very good response from the on-line forum of
Amateur Chamber Music Players, Inc., in which I've offered string quartets,
etc.)

There are, of course, bulletin boards on some of the web sites. For example,
there is an Internet Cello Society site with a bulletin board. But there's so
much stuff on the bulletin board that almost no one sees my little notice. So
that's not what I want.

And there is a classical music forum offered as a part of Compuserve, but that
seems to be almost entirely for listeners, not for players. I've had almost no
response there.

What I want are subscription services like Klarinet, but for flutists, oboists,
choir directors, etc.

Anybody know of such?

If so, please get in touch.

Thanks in advance.
