I can't give you the technical information you are seeking, but I can tell
you that these clarinets have been valued as very good instruments. I know
the logo you are speaking of, and I believe that it was last used in the
late 1950s. Noblets, according to Jack Silver of Bethesda, MD, were built
using excellent wood, and are considered quite resonant (as always, "
particularly the older ones"). Enjoy!

-->Hi,
-->
-->My son has an old - but good (his teacher says its tone is as good as his
-->R13) Noblet clarinet. The Noblet logo is different from the current
-->Noblet logo and it has a serial number in the 8000's (I think it is 8148 -
-->but am not certain as the instrument is at home).
-->
-->If anyone has any ideas as to the age of this clarinet I would be most
-->grateful to hear of them. Thanks.
