Yossi,

1st, I'm not a doctor. 2nd, it sounds like a problem with the soft
palette. The reason why it doesn't happen on flute and less on other
instruments is that clarinet has more back pressure than those instruments
mentioned. I would guess the problem would be greater on oboe. Many
clarinetist have this problem after playing for great lengths of time. You
could, of course, be doing other things with your throat; I'd have to hear
you play to determine the problem. It could be weak muscles that will
develop over time.

Many "specialists" are just that, too specialized. They know
nothing (or very little) about playing a musical instrument so they cannot
relate to your problem.
