To me, it is probably the typing that caused the problem, and is the problem.
If you need to use Workers Comp. , don't hesitate. More, and more companies
are realizing, the in the modern day of the computer, there are a lot more
injuries on the job from typing. In the old days, the typist got more hand
breaks (rests) when they would hit the return arm. That helped give them a
chance to "micro-recover" from the trauma that the typing caused. Use a typing
rest, stretch often, and see a doctor for a prescription for inflamation.
