#1: start using a neckstrap if you aren't already (don't worry about not
looking macho. if your wrists hurt, it's time to wear a neckstrap).
#2: exercises: when your wrists start to hurt, hold your arms straight
infront of you, and let your hands hang down at the wrists. then rotate
your hands up (straight continuation with arms). squeeze your hands into
fists. then rotate wrists up (fingers to ceiling). then back to middle
(straight). fists. down. repeat.
this is the exercise written in different health magazines. it works
pretty well.
