Check the Archives. A lot of really good stuff has been written in the past on
this. The archives are super easy to search (I mean really simple, like doing
any search from a search engine, no fancy computer programming needed).

Does anyone have an exersises for this or advise? I heard that if we =
roll those silver chinese balls in your hand that helps. Is that true?
