Subj: ClarinetFest CD Puzzle

I like track 3 on the CD. It is identified as Elegie for Clarinet and Piano
by Ferrucio Busoni. I found it in the Dorn catalog and ordered it. However,
what I received does not sound anything like what is on the CD. (First name
is spelled "Ferruccio" on the sheet music.)

Any explanation?
