Which just proves that there are different strokes for different
folks!
I've been playing on Greg's mouthpieces since last February (both
clarinet and E-flat clarinet) and I have been more than impressed
with the color, projection, response and intonation (have I left
anything out?).
Contrary to the above opinion, I have no trouble whatsoever in
getting my sound to rise above the entire orchestra when needed. The
sound is extremely stable and consistent, yet I find a wide range of
flexibility is easily accessible. To be honest, it was because of
the richness, clarity and stability of the low notes that impressed
me most of all!
And they have been worth every cent -- and more -- that I paid for
them...all seven of them!
