I recently read an article (I don't remember if it was on line or in a
magazine) which opined that all mail "published" on the net is
automatically covered by copyright law, which if true means that an
unauthorized fwd is in fact an infringement. I don't know if you would
get anywhere in a suit over it. Legalities aside, it is really poor taste
and bad manners to violate someone's trust by sending their mail to
someone else without permission.
