And in response to my first request, Alan Stanek suggested several books,
one of which was:
*Schirmer Pronouncing Pocket Manual of Musical Terms* edited by Thedodore
Baker and revised by Nicolas Slonimsky - Schirmer Books in
paperback and very inexpensive. Contains many musical terms in
English, French, German and Italian with a pronunciation guide.
Sounds like "Schirmer" and "Theodore Baker" are a good bet.
