Mike, Tom and all others,
The publication you are seeking is called: "Dictionary of Musical
Terms" by Theodore Baker. It is published, as far as I can tell, by G.
Schirmer in New York (now a part of the MacMillan publishing empire).It
contains over 9,000 English, French, German, Italian, Latin and Greek
words. Each word is translated into all the languages.
