Quite true, actually. Before I ever bend anything, I convince myself by
thorough examination that the trouble is one I am capable of handling and
the remedy is simple, not involving bending anything in several different
ways. If light pressure on the F/C key fixes the problem, though, it may
be fixable without a trip to the shop (a 25 mile drive for me). If it
doesn't work, I'll take it in *before* I do any damage.

I didn't mean to encourage any drastic or complex bends.
