There are some wonderful pieces off the beaten track for wind quintet
published by International Opus, a small independent publisher of high
quality editions. The International Opus home page is:

Among the more unusual things to try are the Justinian Tamusuza (African
composer) quintet "Abaafa Luli" or one of Cuban clarinetist Paquito
D'Rivera's works for quintet, "Wapango" or "Aires Tropicales".
