On the question of the availability of Dutch Rush...
I personally ahve never used it, but, if I could get a hold of
some, would like to try it. As for being able to find it anywhere, one
time, I was in a summer camp and Anthony Gigliotti was the Clarinet Coach,
adn he said that once a year he went to his friend's house in Lake George,
and there was some growing there, and he would cut it and dry it, and it
would last him the whole year. I live in a city (D.C), and don't knwo
where I could get my hands on some wilde-horse tail, but, as far as I
know, getting it wild is just as good as getting it prepared.
