All I need to do is scan the printed output to produce .jpg or .gif
files. I downloaded the demo copy of Finale & I think this will be
just the tool I need - the demo copy has disabled the "save" function
but I don't need to save anything - just print & scan 'em.

There is also a Postscript to Adobe Acrobat .pdf converter out there for
Finale, but it only runs on a Mac. It'd be a fine way to create the
output files, also, since they'd be scalable & printable via the
free Acrobat readers, but I don't have a Mac.

I'm going to try a few things tonight ... I'll let you know what
happens.
