Deborah,
You should try Oxford University Press in New York. They do a
huge business in church music, which a Te Deum is, and might know about
it. Have you looked in Groves to see if the Prelude is listed seperately
from a mass? If not, you may have to rent the whole mass to get the
Prelude. And if you were asking ordering departments for something which
was not published seperately, they would not be able to help you.
