Subj: New Buffet Vintage Clarinet & Brancher Ligature

Clarinetists -

As many of you may be aware Buffet is introducing a new clarinet called the
Vintage. I played a prototype in March 1995 while visiting the Buffet factory
in France. They will start shipping Vintages in quantity to dealers in January.
We are located only 15 miles from Boosey & Hawkes/Buffet USA and it is my
understanding that any Vintages currently available at dealers are salesman
samples.

As a professional clarinetist I hand select all the clarinets we send out. I
have a large inventory of clarinets in stock and within the next two weeks
expect to receive a significant quantity of Bb Vintages.

While at the Frankfurt, Germany music show this year I discovered the "Brancher"
ligature from France. It's a great ligature. I quit using my Bonade and now
play the Brancher exclusively on my Greg Smith mouthpiece.
