I think the following information would be useful.

Actually, I have been thinking about this for a few weeks. I also came up
with a list of things I thought would be interesting to know. Since someone
else is interested, I'd be happy to post my list of questions, and anyone
interested in participating can e-mail their replies to me. I'll keep track
and send e-mail to the list after two weeks. Sound good? I'll try to include
topics from recent discussions.

Do you consider yourself to be a: student - amateur - professional - other

Your instrument setup:

instrument (Bb, A, Bass, etc.)
instrument brand
mouthpiece
ligature
barrel
reed brand(s)

Accessories you use:

neckstrap
cork grease brand (very important, or so I understand)
reed equipment (knife, sandpaper, Perfecta Reed, etc.)
tooth guard
humidifier
adjustible thumb rest
etc.

Which instrument(s) can you competently double on?
(Judging 'competent' is tough, but let's say an instrument you would not be
embarrassed to perform on in public, as a double in a show, etc.)

(I've got to ask) Have you named your instrument(s), and what do you call
it/them?

(And partially for my own curiosity) What online music resources (web
pages), clarinet and other, do you recommend or use?
