I just picked out a new Genussa mouthpiece but I've run
intoan unexpected problem. I have a Bonade inverted ligature that
workedwell on my previous mouthpiece (Johnson) but keeps
slipping off ofthis mouthpiece. I've experimented trying to fix this
but nothingis working because the back or the moupiece has more
slope to it thanany of the moupieces I compaired it to. So what kind
of mouthpiecedoes anyone else use on it. I've considered secure a
strip of corkto the contact rails of my Bonade to see if that helps.
Suggestions??

Assuming the ligature fits the mouthpiece ok, try sanding the inside of the
ligature with 400 grit sandpaper. This worked for me when I had a new
mouthpiece.
