Last I knew, the Reich was a rental from Boosey&Hawkes. They *sell* the
score/part, and *rent* the tape, and the rental fee depends on the
performance venue (and whether there's an admission charge, etc.).
Recently I heard that one now needs to make one's own tape from the score
with a multi-track tape deck. I think that's what Reich originally had in
mind.
