Subj: Two-keyed D clarinet picture

I recently had an article on Johann Melchior Molter accepted for
publication in the early-music journal Continuo. They would like a good
quality picture of a two-keyed clarinet in D since that was probably the
instrument for which the Molter concerti were written. The pictures of
two-keyed clarinets I have access to here in Montreal are not very good
(faded, grainy pictures of instruments in museums).
Does anyone have a good clear picture of a two-keyed clarinet in D in jpeg
or giff format lying around on their hard drive? Failing that does anyone
know of a book or periodical that has a good picture of such an instrument
that I could scan and send to Continuo? Thank-you for your help. Simon
