I'm not sure what Rizzla paper is, but I know that Charles Bay makes a kind
of plastic cushion which molds to the shape of your bottom teeth and which
can be reused many times. It sounds similar to what you describe. It is
called Bay Lip Ease, and sells in the Woodwind/Brasswind catalog for $4.60
for a strip of the stuff. Many people use florist's tape, a kind of waxy
paper stuff which comes in a roll and which you double up as many times as
you need. It is very inexpensive, comes in white as well as green, and I bet
you could get some from a florist in Britain.
