I've used these as Eb reeds (at the suggestion of a major orch Eb player)
by cutting off enough of the butt end of the reed to have it fit the Eb
mpc. They worked very well for that.

The only thing I can say is that Vandoren is probably more profitable,
since you have to buy 3 times as many to get the same number of good
reeds!
