Hi, being from Australia I have only had one real choice in reeds(that
being Vandoren) but I was wondering about Glotin reeds. I would appreciate
any info on them at all, including:
where they are made, relative strengths to Vandoren V12's, comparison in
price and useable reeds per box and if they are cut differently to
Vandorens.
I am using a Gigliotti P facing mouthpiece and at the momement using
Vandoren V12's size 5 reeds but I am waiting for the Size 5 Zondas as these
have a better feel(tried the 4 1/2's but a bit soft), but after reading a
few listings I have noticed that some people are using Glotins. I am
always willing to try something new so I was wondering if people could
give me their views on these reeds. Also where is it possible to obtain the
Glotin reeds?
