I think the oil is to grease your mink with, not made from little minks--and
even if it were, what do they do with the rest after they make coats out of
the outsides? (Not that I would be caught dead with one) anyway, I like mink
oil as well as cork grease and it hasn't made my corks fall off like
chapstick does--that stuff attracts moisture, which is why it works on your
lips--and the moistures seems to dissolve the glue in the corks. Mink oil
repels moisture--great for shoes in wet climates--and greases the corks
without letting condensation get to the cork, which is apparently what cork
grease does.
