Mark,

There is an entertaining piece of literature
entitled, "A Short Lecture on the Clarinet" for clarinet in Bb and
speaker by William Bolcom, 1976 (manuscript copy available from Edward B.
Marks Music Corp., New York).

There is also a commercially available tape on the lecture by John
Mohler, which is distributed by the New Jersey Publisher, Roncorp.
