Okay: it's 10:45 PM and I'm back in the lab and feeling punchy (must've
been that punch!), so now's your chance to hit the DELETE key before it's
too late...

TOO LATE!!!!!

All this talk (actually, the same message repeated several times!)
about Music Minus One has given me a GREAT IDEA for a new recorded series:

Suppose you and about 49 of your closest orchestra friends are
sitting around and you all decide, "Hey! Wouldn't it be fun to pull out
our instruments and play something?!". Only problem is, your missing the
bass bassoon!
"NO PROBLEM!!!!", you say, as you pull out your handy CD of 'Music
Minus 50'!!!!
Yes, that's right: a series of recordings of all your favorite
orchestral pieces with JUST the missing instrument on the recording!!!! No
longer must you waste time searching for someone to play the triangle in
Beethoven's Fifth, or an accordian player for the Sinfonia Concertante!
This series is a MUST for every orchestra!

ALSO: A NEW companion series for every frustrated accompanist: the
"Who Needs the Soloist?!" series!!!!
This series of recordings contains ONLY the solo part, allowing the
pianist to play along even when there is no soloist available! Great for
hours of fun! In this series, each CD contains the piece twice: once with
the solo played straight through; the second time with the soloist messing
up every once in a while and blaming the accompanist (for a more realistic
experience). (However, to ensure a rewarding experince for the accompanist,
this "real-play" section ends with the sound of the soloist having red-hot
pokers shoved into his/her eyes.)

I'll post ordering information later...
