Hi Christine,

Interesting fingering problems. Here are my suggestions:

For 1) f to c in eighth notes: Practice, practice, practice. (Yes, I know,
you really wanted a magic fingering for this, didn't you?)

For 2) trill from A-flat to B-flat. Have you tried holding the A-flat (side
key) and trilling the A and register keys together with your right hand? You
will need to rest the bell on your knees to make it work. As long as its not
surrounded by notes which requires your RH in positions, you should be okay.
