I've seen a lot on this book lately, but I must have missed how one can
get a hold of it. Could someone please repeat that information? Thanks!

Tom Ridenour's book is well worth the $12. It focuses on altissimo and
extreme altissimo (up to E). For example, there are 24 fingerings for
high G. He also gives suggested uses from standard repertoire, and
comments about each fingering ("this fingering responds well, but tends to
be flat"). He also discusses throat tones and various resonance
fingerings for them, and how to "homogenize" the middle break. I keep
this book in my case and refer to it often. I would definitely reccommend
it!
