I found it fairly easy to do this, but remember to NOT lift the little
finger on the right hand from the "C" key when you play the F. This has
no effect whatever on the tone or pitch of the F.

That's a tough one. If you use the top two side trill keys while playing
the Ab, you get a very out of tune and stuffed up Bb. You can get a
somewhat better Bb with a bit more effort by holding the Ab, while
simultaneously pressing the throat A key and the second side trill key.
This one will sound a bit flat, while the other is sharp.

Anyone with better ideas?
