Have you "tossed off" Stravinsky's Three Pieces yet? Perhaps the
Nielsen Concerto? Some Lutaslawski? How about the Corigliano? If you dip
into the orchestral repertoire, I think you will be amply 'challenged' as well
by such excerpts as from Ginastera's "Variaciones Concertante", or
perhaps Bartok's "Miraculous Mandarin". Unless you're Karl Leister,
there is very likely an infinite wealth of challenging music out there
still left for you to tackle.
