Bernhard Heiden can probably be contacted through the Indiana University
Music school or at 1-(812) 332-7554 in Bloomington, Indiana where he lives.
He is, I believe, still composing and I have played in one of his
premiers--interesting and very challenging. That was a few years ago and I
believe Mr Heiden is retired from teaching but still alive and well as of a
few months ago when I last saw him.
