When I've had to perform with the flu I will, if absolutely necesasry, use a
sinus medication but I don't recommend it due to the fact that not only does
it dry up your sinuses but it also dries out your mouth, a.k.a. "cotton
mouth." Not being able to have saliva before and during a solo can be very
problematic.
