Ben, to find out about the octet version of the Gran Partitta, you will
need to look in the Mozart Jahrbuch, 1991 for a paper by Bastiaan
Blomhert. I was there when Bastiaan presented the paper. It describes
the history behind his story.

As for parts for the two octets, I believe that Musica Rara publishes
them.

I have an opinion on the octets but prefer to keep this a clean
list.

Parts to the octet version of movements 5, 4, and 6 (in that order)
of K. 361 were published by Peters about 15 years ago and may still
be available.
