About the wet sponge in the mouthpiece cover--Great suggestion. Just the
thing for playing, as we so often do, at outdoor civic thingys where we play
a number or two and then listen to fifteen minutes of speeches, play a bit
more, ad infinitem. It looks tacky to be sucking on reeds during the mayor's
speech--now I know what to do. I plan to pass the idea on to the rest of the
reed players in the band. Thanks again,
