I recommended this book before, but I will recommend it again:

Pascarelli, Emil and Deborah Quilter. _Repetitive Strain Injury: A Computer
User's Guide_

Yes it's for computer users, but anybody dealing with these issues should
understand the causes of these injuries.

There seems to be much confusion on this list over RSI. For example, I don't
think most people realize that Carpal Tunnel is relatively rare--other hand
and wrist injuries are more common.
