I assume you mean how to get that white plaque off the
mouthpiece. I've used efferdent (the denture cleaner) successfully. Just
follow the directions on the packet but don't use steaming hot water (it
might warp the mouthpiece).
If you mean just swabbing out, you can run the rope swab through
it or use q-tips of just a cloth. Don't use anything solid to push the
clothe through. It might scratch the mouthpiece.
