John,

I have tried the Click barrels, they play well in tune. Several of my
students have tried it and like it. I have found especially on student
model clarinets it makes a big difference. As far as professional
instruments it seems the Click usually sounds as good, sometimes better. It
has improved intonation on a some of my young student's instruments and made
the instrument freer blowing. Intonation is especially better on the
"throat tones".

One nice feature of the click is that it adjusts from 61 to 67 millimeters
in an instant. It has a thumb wheel with a with on the barrel adjustment
notches. So they can count clicks and find the mm desired on the chart.

The list price of the click is only $45.00. A highly desirable price. It
enables you to convince students to upgrade much easier at that price. The
plastic seems less effected by temperature changes.
