Joie says that playing the clarinet helps clear the sinuses. That's odd. In
my case playing the clarinet has *caused* my sinus problems. The only time I
have a sinus problem is when I'm playing for an extended period of time with
little break, like playing an hour recital. I found that playing instruments
with more resistance, like Eb soprano clarinet, make my problem worse. On
bass clarinet I really don't have the problem at all. Does anyone know the
reason for this?
