Sean,
There is no such arrangement. Originally, there was an orchestra
arrangement (as one can infer from the orchestral cues in the piano part)
but that is unavailable from the publisher (Durand?). I know because I
did a band arrangement many years ago. I think it worked quite well and I
even have a poorly-played recording of it. However, I have never
published it because a) no interest from publishers and b) possible
copyright conflicts (the French publisher never gave me the courtesy of a
reply to my inquiries). If you'd like to do some research about the
possibly copyright problems and find out whether it is OK, I'll be happy
to lend out my set of parts.
