If you have large hands, as I do, you can use this fingering by
operating the side key with the side of your left hand index finger.
If your normal finger position is such that your 2nd, 3rd and 4th
L.H. fingers are curled to press more or less straight down on the
rings, its a simple matter to rotate your wrist to press the side
key. When I do it, the side of my finger touches the key between the
knuckle and the first joint.
